Electric calorific installation of ОНЭ type is used for the heating of air, supplied to the coal mine workings, ore pits as well as to large industrial buildings. The equipment has got the License of the Federal Service on Ecologic, Technologic and Nuclear surveillance and Certificate of Conformity GOST R (issued by ISO «Sertium»).
Principle of operation and installation details of РОНЭ
One of the targets, achieved by the ventilation system of any industrial enterprise (for ex., coal mine), is the maintenance of the required temperature of air. Heavy duty electricс calorific installation РОНЭ, which has the possibility of smooth adjustment of the heating intensively due to the change over of the independent registers, helps to solve this task.
The adjustment of the heated air flow temperature is done by automation control. The same system controls the status of overheating sensors, anti-condensate heating coils, air flow sensors etc.
Since the installation-in-question is a part of the ventilation system, it is fully controlled and remotely monitored by the general automation control system.

The construction of РОНЭ installation presents the steel casing, inside which overheating sensors, anti-condensate heating coils and air flow sensorsare mounted. The heating coils are arranged into registers, the number of which depends upon the requirements of the order. The control of the installation is done from the cabinets.
The plant can work in the manual mode (to be controlled by the switches at the cabinets) as well as in the automatic control modes (the changeover of registers is done according to their own algorithm of the РОНЭ automatic control system) and telecontrol (distance control through the general automation).
The reliability of the operation is provided by the microcontroller automatic system, European manufactures’ components (ABB, Schneider Electric, Rittal, Selfa), as well as high quality erection and assembling.
